- Do you offer customs? Yes! Please visit the Customs tab on the home screen.

- What sizes do you offer? At the moment I offer sizes XS-XL. Patterns for plus sizes and petite sizing are currently in the works.

 - Do you offer other fabric options besides velvet? At the moment no. New fabrics will be introduced in time!

- Do you offer refunds? No. All items are Made To Order to avoid having excess items in stock. Please insure to read the entirety of each items description. If you have any questions that aren't answered in the description, please email handmadebytayasingletary@gmail.com.

- How long will it take to receive my order? Depending on the volume of orders I receive at one time, Made To Order items can take anywhere from 1-3 months to ship. If your wait time is on the longer side, I will notify you via email. Ready To Ship items will be shipped within 1 week.

- Can I change my shipping address? Yes. If your item has not shipped please email handmadebytayasingletary@gmail.com the correct address.
